The stay was primarily to explore nearby attractions like Millennium Park and Navy Pier. I really appreciated the Bluetooth bathroom mirror and the smart TV, which added a modern touch to the room. The staff was empathetic and resolved our room issue quickly, making the experience smoother. However, some areas, like dining, could use improvement as meals were quite disappointing.
